Fees & Insurance

The fee is established during our initial consultation, if we decide to work together, and reflects standard New York City rates. I reserve a limited portion of my practice for sliding-scale clients; if my full fee isn’t feasible, we can discuss your situation when we meet. Making therapy accessible and affordable is central to my practice.

I am an out-of-network provider for many insurance plans, which often cover 50–80 percent of the fee. I am happy to assist you with claims and will work with you to understand and make the most of your benefits.
