Fees & Insurance

The fee is established during our initial consultation, if we decide to work together, and reflects standard New York City rates. I reserve a limited portion of my practice for sliding-scale clients; if my full fee isn’t feasible, we can discuss your situation when we meet. Making therapy accessible is central to my practice.

I work with insurance on an out-of-network basis. This allows for greater privacy and flexibility in care. If you have out-of-network benefits, your plan may reimburse 50 to 80 percent of the fee. I can provide a superbill for reimbursement and can help you navigate and make the most of your benefits.
