Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective. We explore what feels most alive and present for you — emotional and relational patterns, questions of identity and meaning, and the experiences shaping how you relate to yourself and others. My approach emphasizes depth and curiosity. Many people find the work opens up over time, with the most meaningful shifts often emerging gradually through the ongoing process.

I can provide a superbill and help you navigate your coverage. Sliding scale available to support access.
